"I wasn't shopping around for new insurance. However received a call from Mireya Chavez from State Farm. They matched my current insurance policy the great part it was $100 CHEAPER. She was so helpful. I am busy person at times, I don't want to know details I just needed to know if you want me to switch look at my policy and let me know if you can match and cheaper. I emailed my policy she looked it over and said we can match and with a lower price. Thank you Mireya you did the leg work that, I as a customer do not like to do as some other customers do not like to do. If your looking for a cheaper insurance but same policy. I suggest sending it to her. She will do the work and will let you know if they can match, at no cost to you. It doesn't hurt to have them look to see if they offer the same policy at a cheaper rate. "They continue to spam mail me even though I have never had State Farm and have refused mail delivery of their spam letters, I have no idea how they even got my address. This is one of several agents to do so since moving to the area and I have never had this issue before. I will continue to leave poor reviews when their agents send me junk mail after repeatedly refusing letters."

"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent insurance claim and the overall poor customer service I have experienced. From the start, communication has been severely lacking. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls have gone unreturned, leaving me without answers or guidance during an already stressful situation. Additionally, I am extremely concerned about being charged a double deductible on the same claim. This seems not only unfair but also inconsistent with standard insurance practices. To make matters worse, after picking up my vehicle from your partner repair shop, CarStar, I encountered issues with the repairs in less than 24 hours. This raises questions about the quality of work being endorsed by State Farm, as well as the effectiveness of any warranty policies in place."
